With over 25 years of plastic molding experience, E & O Tool & Plastics, Inc. is a trusted full-service plastic injection molding company with 48 presses in 2 facilities.

Our contract manufacturing program combines in-house mold design and build with our injection molding capabilities, fulfillment, and assembly operations to provide turn-key solutions to our customers.

startwithwhyWhen the Skyline 360 team first discovered Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle, as he so eloquently describes in his Start With Why book and Tedx Presentation, it resonated with us so much that we knew it had to be part of our own methodology. We use it not just in how we market ourselves, but as a subliminal part of how we take our clients’ brands to the next level. Whenever possible we directly integrate this concept into our discovery and brand-bulding strategy solutions.

While we would like to follow this methodology on every project, we recognize that often times aggressive project timelines and modest budgets do not allow for a client to take a step back and examine their entire organization’s business and marketing approach. We do, however, believe that it is a crucial step in truly moving a brand to the next level.

In the essence of time, we will not go into details about it here but if there is interest in learning more, we will be happy to elaborate and hopefully work with you to discover your “why”.
